Meet the Team

Founder of The Whitman Team NYC, Managing Partner The Agency Hamptons, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker

Tyler is no stranger to the public eye after starring on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York, and currently co-hosting the hit real estate and mindset podcast, Glitter and Gay, with real estate celebrity, Glennda Baker. He is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience helping people find homes in NYC. Originally from the south, Tyler moved to New York with big dreams of living an entrepreneurial life. After a disappointing experience working with a broker to find his first Manhattan home, he knew that NYC was the area where he could make a positive impact on a large scale. Tyler believes that buying, selling, or renting a home should be one of life’s best experiences. He now splits his time between NYC and Sag Harbor where he also leads our first expansion team in The Hamptons.

In his real estate career thus far, Tyler has not only worked as an agent; he was Triplemint’s original Head of Sales. He joined The Agency because he holds the same mission, that of greatly improving the real estate experience. After several years on the company’s leadership team where he trained and coached agents through thousands of rentals and sales, Tyler now leads the top-producing sales team at The Agency New York. The Whitman Team is one of the most talented and dynamic real estate teams in all of NYC and The Hamptons, known for their analytical skills, generosity, and ability to make real estate a fun experience.

In his free time, Tyler has become an avid equestrian and is the loving parent to his two dogs, Peggy and Peter, and his horse, Quinaro. When he’s not selling, you can almost always find Tyler at the farm in Bridgehampton training with his horse for all of the competitions they compete in around the country. Tyler loves enjoying the lifestyles offered by two of the most incredible places in the world. Fabulous dining and a night at the Theatre while in the city, or a day at one of the stunning Hampton beaches while out east are both at the top of the list of what makes him so passionate about selling the markets where he specializes and loves calling home.

Director of Operations, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Bailey is the Whitman Team’s Director of Operations. Originally from the suburbs of Atlanta, Bailey moved to NYC after graduating from the University of Georgia. Her upbeat personality, contagious energy, and determination led her to start her career at Yelp where she built a strong foundation in sales.

New York City’s vibrant, rapidly growing real estate landscape intrigued Bailey, and she joined Triplemint (now The Agency) as an agent in 2017. Bailey found success early on as a real estate agent and quickly joined forces with the Whitman Team. As the team grew in both transaction volume and headcount, the team demanded a role for someone to spearhead systems and processes that would allow for tremendous growth, while maintaining the utmost positive client and agent experience. Bailey has a pulse and an opinion on just about everything that touches the Whitman Team.

Bailey enjoys traveling, cooking, working out, yoga, dessert, coffee, writing, interior design, and being silly with her two young children. She relocated back to the Atlanta area during the pandemic where she currently lives with her husband and their kids.

Business Manager to Tyler Whitman, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

As a native New Yorker, Caitlin has always been in love with the city’s buzzing energy, and the neighborhoods and people that make it so irresistible. With her finger on the pulse of everything new and exciting in each part of the city, Caitlin loves to help clients find a slice of NYC that best matches their unique needs and lifestyles.

Before diving into real estate, Caitlin ran her own holistic reproductive health business, supporting hundreds of people through the emotional journey of pregnancy and childbirth. She believes that both childbirth and buying and selling a home are such sacred rites of passage, and brings that same supportive energy and empathy to real estate transactions as The Whitman Team Assistant.

When not supporting people through the home buying process, you can find Caitlin in the kitchen testing out new recipes, doing yoga in Fort Greene Park, catching live music somewhere, eating her way through a new neighborhood, or escaping to Montauk or the Catskills for fresh air and family time.

Lorraine Rigan

Team Client Success Manager, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Lorraine is the Whitman Team’s Client Success Manager. She oversees the building expert program for StreetEasy, which connects the Whitman Team to buyers and sellers searching for buildings in which the agents have a prior deal history or highly relevant experience.

Born and raised in the Bronx, Lorraine had a competitive nature growing up.  She never had the opportunity to play sports so she decided to focus her career in the sports industry and graduated with a degree in Sports Management at Dowling College on Long Island. She worked at Madison Square Garden for a few years in the media department and game day staff, interviewing players for the next day’s press release. Wanting a change in her career, she decided to take a leap of faith into real estate after being convinced by her best friend, a VP in Research and Analyses at Brown Harris Stevens, that being a broker was her calling. She came to us with 6 years of experience in new development at Douglas Elliman, where she worked with some of the top leading developers, world-renowned architects, and interior designers.

Lorraine owns an investment property in Hudson Valley, NY, where she spends her time with her dog Tyga, hiking, kayaking, trying new recipes, and working in her garden. You can catch her traveling, snowboarding, surfing, and volunteering in her spare time, helping communities build disaster-resilient homes, schools, and community infrastructure. Fun fact: Lorraine loves acting and has appeared in an international film, and some short movies.
