Team Founder, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Tyler is one of the most recent cast members on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York. He is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience helping people find homes in NYC. Originally from the south, Tyler moved here with big dreams of living an entrepreneurial life. After a disappointing experience working with a broker to find his first Manhattan home, he knew that this was the area where he could make a positive impact on a large scale. Tyler believes that buying, selling, or renting a home should be one of life’s best experiences. Tyler is one of the most recent cast members on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York.

In his real estate career thus far, Tyler has not only worked as an agent; he was Triplemint’s original Head of Sales. He joined Triplemint because he holds the same mission, that of greatly improving the real estate experience. After several years on the company’s leadership team where he trained and coached agents through thousands of rentals and sales, Tyler now leads the top producing sales team at Triplemint. The Whitman Team is one of the most talented and dynamic real estate teams in all of NYC, known for their analytical skills, generosity, and ability to make real estate a fun experience.


Director of Operations, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Bailey is the Whitman Team’s Director of Operations. Originally from the suburbs of Atlanta, Bailey moved to NYC after graduating from the University of Georgia. Her upbeat personality, contagious energy, and determination led her to start her career in sales at Yelp.

New York City’s vibrant, rapidly growing real estate landscape intrigued Bailey, and she joined the Triplemint family as an agent in 2017. Bailey found success early on through working with buyers and renters, and quickly joined forces with the Whitman Team. As the team grew in both business volume and headcount, the team demanded a role for someone to spearhead systems and processes that would allow for tremendous growth, while maintaining the utmost positive client experience. Bailey has a pulse and an opinion on just about everything that touches the Whitman Team.

Outside of work, Bailey is an avid traveller. She enjoys her Peloton, yoga, dessert, coffee, and writing. She lives with her husband, Ryan, and their baby son, Fox.


Team Assistant, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

As a native New Yorker, Caitlin has always been in love with the city’s buzzing energy, and the neighborhoods and people that make it so irresistible. With her finger on the pulse of everything new and exciting in each part of the city, Caitlin loves to help clients find a slice of NYC that best matches their unique needs and lifestyles.

Before diving into real estate, Caitlin ran her own holistic reproductive health business, supporting hundreds of people through the emotional journey of pregnancy and childbirth. She believes that both childbirth and buying and selling a home are such sacred rites of passage, and brings that same supportive energy and empathy to real estate transactions as The Whitman Team Assistant.

When not supporting people through the home buying process, you can find Caitlin in the kitchen testing out new recipes, doing yoga in Fort Greene Park, catching live music somewhere, eating her way through a new neighborhood, or escaping to Montauk or the Catskills for fresh air and family time.

Ryan Bloomquist

Before Ryan can even remember, he knew that New York City was where he wanted to spend his life. As a young child, he would spend countless hours tearing through an illustrated book of the sights of the city; so much so that the pages of the book all fell out! Now, ten years after moving to New York, he can confidently say that he loves it here just as much as he did the first day he arrived. #FunFact: he’s actually a licensed New York City tour guide!

Having originally moved to New York as a performer, Ryan has spent the last decade traveling across the country as an actor. If you’ve seen a production of Les Miz in a random dinner theater in Kentucky, there’s a decent chance you’ve seen him die on a barricade. In recent years, his passion for storytelling has served him as he’s gravitated towards writing and marketing. He published his first book with Harper Collins in the summer of 2019 and has spent the last four years working for a Broadway marketing company. Exhausted yet? He hasn’t even gotten to the summer he worked in an ice cream truck!

He believes that it is this diverse range of experiences and skills that suits him to help tell the story of The Whitman Team. Beyond simply conveying our story, Ryan is excited about the opportunity to make you a part of the story as you work with our team. He currently lives in Hell’s Kitchen where he enjoys attending theatre, drag shows, drinking margaritas, binging Bravo, and ordering an obscene amount of takeout.


Brooklyn Market Partner & NYC Agent, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Originally from Alabama, Ashlie has been involved in the real estate industry for 10 years, owning her own development company in the southeast. After moving to NYC for a job in theater, and performing across the country, she decided to focus on the NYC Real Estate market. With an outgoing and positive attitude, Ashlie loves connecting with people and getting to know their NYC stories while simultaneously conducting a seamless home search. As a lover of interior design and remodeling projects, Ashlie has a fantastic eye for finding the best home to meet her client’s needs. She believes that a home should be a reflection of a client’s personality. Ashlie is on one of the most talented and dynamic real estate teams in all of NYC, The Whitman Team. They are known for their analytical skills, generosity, and ability to make real estate a fun experience.

Growing up in Titonka, Iowa, a town of approximately 500 residents and zero traffic lights, Josh always had his eye on the big city. He moved to the East Coast after landing an advertising job, where he worked on negotiating and buying TV ads for major entertainment clients. It was upon reading an article about Triplemint that Josh was drawn to real estate. Impressed by Triplemint’s business model, and excited about the potential impact he could have on clients and the industry, he joined the team. In only 3 years since starting his real estate career, Josh has already amassed $30M in sales.

When Josh first moved to NYC, he was unfamiliar with the city and felt lost. His moving experience made him realize the value of Triplemint’s customer-oriented approach. Josh strives to help people find their homes with as little stress as possible, after having gone through the daunting process himself. His genuine personality makes finding a new home efficient and enjoyable.

A licensed real estate professional for more than 20 years, Katie Haggerty possesses an invaluable skill set and impressive track record that is backed by a strategic, client-driven approach. Relocating more than 17 different times over 19 years, Katie and her family have formed countless memories in New York City, The Hamptons, Chicago, and Michigan. Through her experiences she has built strong, trustworthy relationships and developed endless market knowledge that she provides to her clients to find their dream home.

Katie truly believes that real estate is not only the best investment financially, but for the lifetime of memories. As she likes to say, “plant your feet and grow.” Planting their feet at each home, Katie and her family were able to blossom and become the best they could in everything they did. Starting her own fashion design collection along the way has given Katie the true meaning of working with all different types of interesting people.

Katie was introduced to the world of real estate at a young age. Her father owned his own construction company and her mother practised real estate tax law. Her acquired knowledge gives her the ability to guide her clients seamlessly through every step of the real estate process.

Katie, her husband Sean, and their three children love New York City and live on a boat in Montauk all summer. Katie is always ready to meet new people and loves to find the perfect home, rental property, or commercial space for your company.

John Caulfield’s market knowledge, keen sense of numbers, and easygoing personality make him perfectly suited to guide his clients to their perfect home or investment property. Thorough in his research and positive in his outlook, John is well-equipped to provide expertise to his buyer, seller, and investor clients.

John has over a decade of experience as a futures trader and co-founded a proprietary trading firm on Wall Street. This extensive experience gives him an advantage when it comes to buying and selling homes and predicting sound investments.It was John’s personal experiences with investing that led him to real estate. When he began to make property investments in Aspen, Colorado – where he used to live – he discovered his passion for real estate.

Since moving to New York from Aspen, John, his wife Jen, and their two young sons are enjoying their everyday city life and summer life in the Hamptons. They continue to vacation in Aspen, where they ski, golf, and are members at the Snowmass Club.

Philip Andriotti

After receiving a degree in Business from SUNY Albany, Philip Andriotti started his professional career working at a TV and Film talent agency, an experience that taught him how to balance competing tasks without ever letting go of his fun and professional demeanor. Looking for a new career that was equally fast-paced led Philip to real estate, where he loves meeting new clients and roaming the city to scout out apartments. Philip believes that New York City has endless potential, and works tirelessly to unlock that opportunity for his clients and find them the perfect home.

A NY native by way of Long Island, Philip is energized by the potential each new day brings. You’ll find him out eating with friends, socializing at a new hangout, or exploring the city. Luke Hoback

As a resident of NYC for over seven years and a life-long real estate fanatic, Luke Hoback knows exactly what it takes to succeed in the most competitive marketplace in the world. After moving to NYC to pursue a career in the theatre, Luke learned very quickly what it takes to stand out in a sea of others. He has been lucky enough to perform on stages around the country and internationally, including Off-Broadway, Lincoln Center, National Tours, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and more. He believes that this unique perspective is perfectly tailored for success in real estate.

Luke hails from Boulder, CO, which fostered a love for the outdoors that even the concrete jungle of Manhattan can’t stop him from exploring. He now resides in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, after living in both Manhattan and Queens during his time as a New Yorker. He spends much of his free time riding his bicycle, practicing yoga, and running in New York City’s parks. He is also a proud member of the New York City Gay Men’s Chorus.

Laura Ann Fiery

Laura Ann Fiery’s love story with NY started at 17 years old when moved here as a fashion model and she was immediately hooked on the unbridled energy throughout the city. That story only deepened in 2007 when she decided to put down roots and bought her first home – a quintessential loft in a Greenwich Village co-op.  She now owns in Brooklyn Heights and enjoys sunsets over the Manhattan skyline from Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Laura uses the city’s momentum to match her clients with the right neighborhood to maximize their life in the city. Even in the complex NY real estate market, she makes the buying and selling process seamless, ensuring her clients find their perfect home.

Before entering real estate, Laura had a diverse career in hospitality and healthcare management. She led hotel openings and guest experience teams, ensuring inspiring and flawless stays at multiple luxury hotels.

Laura earned her degree in Hospitality from the University of South Carolina and started her professional career in Austin, Texas, which she still considers her second home. She enjoys skiing, surfing, art, and trips to the desert. Laura believes in the power of the mind-body connection and finds balance through yoga, meditation, and Reiki.

Sara Jimenez-Curtola

Sara came into the world of real estate after excelling in the restaurant business for most of her former career. Dealing with people, schedules, timelines, and details is second nature, and has turned Sara into an extremely tenacious, effective, results-driven professional. Her desire to provide the best, most genuine service has always meant far more to Sara than any job could require. She has focused most of her real estate career on the exciting downtown, Manhattan sales market. Her international perspective and passion for NYC further heighten the journey for her clients. Born in Denmark, Sara spent formative years in Ireland and came to the best city in the world, NYC, by way of London over a decade ago. Prior to real estate, she honed her skills in hospitality, primarily as a General Manager for 20+ years in Dublin, London, and Manhattan, for such notable names as Fergus Henderson, Stephen Starr, and David Chang. Working throughout Manhattan and living in various neighborhoods of Brooklyn over the years affords her valuable knowledge and insight on where one would want to call their perfect home.

Sara and her husband, Nick, recently purchased their first home. In her free time, Sara enjoys (Nick’s) cooking and exploring her new neighborhood with their 5-year-old daughter, whilst still trying to make time to enjoy restaurants from a new perspective.
