Lorraine is the Whitman Team’s Client Success Manager. She oversees the Expert program for StreetEasy, which connects the Whitman Team to buyers and sellers searching for an expert in a particular building or neighborhood.
Born and raised in the Bronx, Lorraine had a competitive nature growing up. She never had the opportunity to play sports so she decided to focus her career in the sports industry and graduated with a degree in Sports Management at Dowling College on Long Island. She worked at Madison Square Garden for a few years in the media department and game day staff, interviewing players for the next day’s press release. Wanting a change in her career, she decided to take a leap of faith into real estate after being convinced by her best friend, a VP in Research and Analyses at Brown Harris Stevens, that being a broker was her calling. She came to us with 6 years of experience in new development at Douglas Elliman, where she worked with some of the top leading developers, world-renowned architects, and interior designers.
Lorraine owns an investment property in Hudson Valley, NY, where she spends her time with her dog Tyga, hiking, kayaking, trying new recipes, and working in her garden. You can catch her traveling, snowboarding, surfing, and volunteering in her spare time, helping communities build disaster-resilient homes, schools, and community infrastructure. Fun fact: Lorraine loves acting and has appeared in an international film, and some short movies.
