Meet Bailey
Whitman Team Director of Operations | Licensed Real Estate SalespersonBailey is the Whitman Team’s Director of Operations. Originally from the suburbs of Atlanta, Bailey moved to NYC after graduating from the University of Georgia. Her upbeat personality, contagious energy, and determination led her to start her career at Yelp where she built a strong foundation in sales.
New York City’s vibrant, rapidly growing real estate landscape intrigued Bailey, and she joined Triplemint (now The Agency) as an agent in 2017. Bailey found success early on as a real estate agent and quickly joined forces with the Whitman Team. As the team grew in both transaction volume and headcount, the team demanded a role for someone to spearhead systems and processes that would allow for tremendous growth, while maintaining the utmost positive client and agent experience. Bailey has a pulse and an opinion on just about everything that touches the Whitman Team.
Bailey enjoys traveling, cooking, working out, yoga, dessert, coffee, writing, interior design, and being silly with her two young children. She relocated back to the Atlanta area during the pandemic where she currently lives with her husband and their two kids.
